About Us

WACCC was originally founded over 20 years ago by Dr. Ugarte in the hope of providing affordable mental health services to the residents of Huntington Park and the surrounding communities. Dr. Ugarte believed that all people deserve to live fulfilling lives and are the creators of their own destiny.

Over 20 years later, we continue to support all of our clients as they strive to reach their personal goals. We provide mental health services to lower and middle income households because we truly believe that mental health services should be accessible to everyone who need them. Each one of our clients comes to us with unique challenges and stories - true change can happen when we help them recognize their strengths and provide them with the tools they need to improve their lives and the lives of those around them.
